For anyone who is having a problem meeting their mortgage payments, there is help out there. The Federal Reserve Chairman Bernanke has recommended to lenders to sit down with people who are having financial difficulties meeting their mortgage obligations and making other arrangements with them instead of the home going into foreclosure.
